Manager – 01

Lead resort operations, supervise front office activities and ensure exceptional guest satisfaction.

Job Summary

Assists in administering front office functions and supervising staff on a daily basis. Ensures efficient check-in and check-out operations, guest satisfaction, employee performance and achievement of operational and financial goals.


Education & Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent with 2 years experience in guest services, front desk or related field
  • OR Degree/Diploma with related field experience

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day resort and front office operations
  • Maintain guest service standards and operational quality
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve conflicts professionally
  • Supervise staffing levels and team schedules
  • Communicate business goals and team expectations clearly
  • Monitor department performance and financial objectives

Team Management

  • Lead and motivate front office employees
  • Build teamwork, trust and professional relationships
  • Act as a role model and guide staff performance
  • Manage operations in absence of Front Office Manager
  • Support employee coaching and development

Guest Service Excellence

  • Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction
  • Respond promptly to guest concerns and feedback
  • Encourage staff to provide high-quality service
  • Monitor service standards and continuous improvement
  • Maintain positive guest relations

Additional Responsibilities

  • Conduct and support team meetings
  • Assist in staff hiring and orientation
  • Maintain policy and SOP compliance
  • Perform front desk duties whenever required
  • Communicate operational updates to management and staff

Front Office Executive – 01

Manage guest reception, reservations and front desk operations while delivering exceptional customer service.

Job Summary

Responsible for handling front desk operations, guest check-in and check-out, reservations and customer enquiries while maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere.


Education & Experience

  • =Diploma / Degree preferred
  • Experience in front office, hospitality or customer service preferred
  • Computer knowledge and communication skills required
  • Freshers with good communication skills may also apply

Core Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist guests professionally
  • Handle check-in and check-out procedures
  • Manage room reservations and booking enquiries
  • Answer telephone calls and guest questions
  • Provide information regarding resort services and facilities
  • Maintain accurate guest records and billing details

Guest Service Excellence

  • Ensure guests receive prompt and courteous service
  • Respond to guest complaints and concerns professionally
  • Maintain positive guest relations
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments
  • Support guest satisfaction and retention

Additional Responsibilities

  • Maintain front desk cleanliness and organization
  • Follow resort SOPs and operational policies
  • Assist management whenever required
  • Participate in meetings and training sessions

House Keeping – 02

Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and guest comfort across rooms and resort facilities.

Job Summary

Responsible for maintaining guest rooms, public areas and resort surroundings in a clean, hygienic and organized condition to ensure guest comfort and satisfaction.


Education & Experience

  • Basic education preferred
  • Experience in housekeeping or hotel maintenance preferred
  • Freshers willing to learn may apply
  • Attention to cleanliness required

Core Responsibilities

  • Clean and maintain guest rooms and bathrooms
  • Change linens, towels and room supplies
  • Maintain cleanliness in public and common areas
  • Ensure hygiene and sanitation standards are followed
  • Report maintenance or repair requirements
  • Handle cleaning tools and materials safely

Guest Service & Support

  • Ensure guest comfort and room readiness
  • Respond politely to guest requests
  • Coordinate with Front Office and maintenance teams
  • Maintain privacy and professionalism while working in guest areas

Additional Responsibilities

  • Follow resort housekeeping SOPs
  • Attend team briefings and training
  • Support resort cleanliness during events and peak periods
  • Assist supervisors whenever required
