4. Eligibility to Make a Booking

A payment appearing as successful at the customer's bank or payment application does not by itself guarantee a reservation if the booking system has not successfully confirmed the reservation.

9. Check-in and Check-out
Ayana Lake Resorts offers a 24-hour check-in and check-out arrangement.
Guests may request early check-in or late check-out through the Reservations Team.
Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to:

- Housekeeping requirements
- Previous or subsequent reservations

10. Room Allocation

Where circumstances require, Ayana Lake Resorts may provide another accommodation of the same or reasonably comparable category, subject to applicable booking and consumer-protection requirements.
11. Occupancy and Guest Numbers
The maximum occupancy applicable to each room or cottage shall be determined by the accommodation category.
Guests must not exceed the maximum permitted occupancy without prior approval from the resort.
Additional guest or extra-bed charges may apply where such services are available.

12. Rates and Charges
Accommodation and service prices displayed on the website are subject to change.
The applicable price for a confirmed reservation will generally be the price displayed and accepted during the booking process, subject to correction of genuine technical or pricing errors.

Online payments made through the website are currently processed through Cashfree Payments.
Payment methods available to a guest may include cards, UPI, net banking and other payment methods supported and enabled through Cashfree.
Payment availability may vary depending on the payment provider and transaction.
Ayana Lake Resorts does not intentionally store complete debit-card or credit-card numbers or CVV/security codes on its own servers when such information is processed directly by the payment service provider.
Payment-related information such as:

may be retained for reservation management, accounting, customer support, fraud prevention and legal compliance.
14. Payment Failure
If a payment fails, is cancelled, is reversed, or remains pending, the related reservation may not be confirmed.
If money has been debited from the guest's account but the booking is not confirmed, the guest should contact our Reservations Team with the relevant transaction information.
Any refund arising from an unsuccessful transaction will be processed in accordance with the applicable payment provider's procedures and our refund policy.
15. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation and refund conditions applicable to a reservation will be displayed during the booking process or communicated with the booking confirmation.

A booking is not considered modified until Ayana Lake Resorts confirms the modification.
17. No-Show and Early Departure
If a guest does not arrive for a confirmed reservation without prior notification, the reservation may be treated as a no-show.
The financial consequences of a no-show will depend on the cancellation conditions applicable to that reservation.
If a guest checks out earlier than the booked departure date, refund eligibility will depend on the applicable booking and cancellation policy.
18. Packages
Ayana Lake Resorts may offer curated stay packages including, but not limited to:
- Honeymoon Package
- Family Vacation Package
- Weekend Package
Package inclusions, pricing, availability and conditions may vary.
Package benefits are available only to the extent specified in the applicable package description.
Unused package benefits may not necessarily be exchangeable for cash or other services.
Package-specific cancellation or modification terms may apply.
19. Promotional Offers and Discounts
Promotional offers may be:
- Limited by date
- Limited by availability
- Limited to particular room categories
- Limited to particular guests
- Subject to minimum stay requirements
- Subject to specific payment requirements
Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional offers cannot be combined with other discounts.

Access to facilities such as swimming pools, dining areas, recreational areas, campfire facilities and other amenities may be subject to:

- Maintenance
- Safety requirements
- Capacity restrictions

25. Swimming Pool and Recreational Safety
Guests must comply with all safety instructions displayed at the resort.
Children must be appropriately supervised by their accompanying adults.
Guests must not use facilities while under the influence of substances where doing so may create a safety risk.

Ayana Lake Resorts operates designated smoking restrictions.

Smoking in areas designated as non-smoking is prohibited.
Additional cleaning or damage charges may apply where smoking results in damage, excessive cleaning requirements or violation of resort rules.
28. Pets
Unless specifically approved in writing by Ayana Lake Resorts, pets are not permitted at the property.
Service or assistance animals may be subject to applicable legal requirements and should be discussed with the resort in advance.
29. Guest Conduct
Guests must behave respectfully and responsibly.
Guests must not:

- Threaten or abuse staff

45. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove, restrict or override rights available to consumers under mandatory applicable Indian law.

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be interpreted or modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable where legally permissible.
The remaining provisions shall continue to apply.
50. No Waiver
If we do not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, this does not mean that we waive our right to enforce that provision in the future.
51. Entire Agreement
